- To ensure complete compliance across the company.
- To ensure various benefits as per the government laws to all present employees and the ex-employee.
- To ensure all the statutory payments are made as per the pre defined deadlines.
- To ensure updation of the returns (Monthly/Quarterly/ Half yearly/ yearly) in the online compliance system.
- To maintain and update all the statutory registers under various acts (ESIC, PF, LWF, Minimum wages, Maternity, Shops & Establishment, Equal remuneration, Sales promotion, Payment of Bonus, etc).
- To report and update the HR Head immediately in case of any deviations.
- To coordinate with various consultants for payments, UAN Generation, PF ID creation, Claim process, etc.
- To validate and verify the drafts prepared by the consultants to ESIC Directors and PF Commissioner.
- Facilitation of all sorts of inspections from the government officials.
- Creation of ESIC sub codes for all locations.
- To ensure self updation by visiting all statutory and the government offices.
- To periodically monitor the changes in the Labour Laws and reporting it to the HR Head.
- In case of any amendments in the law, to ensure effective implementation of the same in coordination with the IT and Payroll team.
- To check and ensure changes are made in the payroll system as per the amendment.
- As per the notification, to update the changes in the minimum wages tracker and share the same with the entire HR team to ensure implementation of the same.
- After receipt of the notice, providing all the necessary documents to the inspector as per the requirement with the support from other departments.
- To ensure proper filing and maintaining challans, documents, returns, registration certificates required by various acts.
- Ensure timely responses to all notices and communication received from statutory bodies.
- To ensure all the registers and inspection books are maintained and updated.
- Ensuring high level of satisfaction by prompt response and by resolving queries of PF Loan/Advances, ESI Benefits, Maternity Benefits, transfer of previous pf amount in case of existing employees.
- In case of Ex/ Resigned Employees helping in resolving various queries w.r.t PF settlements, pension settlement, etc.
- To ensure all required registrations are done well within the prescribed time frame.
- As per the act, display of various abstract to ensure compliance.
- To ensure display of notice in various establishments of Minimum wages/ working hours/ Weekly hours/ Lunch breaks, etc along with the abstract.
- To handle and manage the digital signature of the HR HOD to ensure various approvals, period extension, etc.
- To provide data to the admin department in case of Group Personal Accident Insurance (GPAI) which is to be shared and maintained with the group company.
- To monthly and annually share data of all the employees for LIC and Group Gratuity Scheme.
- Timely updation on the compliance system across the company.
