Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Sr. Principal Engineer - Offshore Structures, reporting directly to HOD – Offshore Structural to join our Offshore Structural team based in Mumbai.

 

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and manage the responsibilities below. 

• Experience in FEED, Design & detail engineering of EPCIC Projects of Fixed/Floating Offshore Oil & Gas production/processing facilities.
• Candidate shall have good exposures to Structural analysis and design of Topside decks and/or Jackets and/or FPSO modules. 
• Well versed with API-RP-2A (WSD), AISC-ASD and other relevant codes and standards such as NORSOK N-004, EURO-3, ISO 19900 series of Offshore codes.
• Candidate should have good experience in using SACS for Pre-service and In-service analysis of Topside decks, Jackets and FPSO modules. 
• Candidate should be able to carry out these analysis independently and prepare Structural design reports and generate MTOs.
• Should have good experience in Structural drawing checking and preparation of Weight Control reports. Candidate should have experience of reviewing 3D models using Navisworks/Smart plant review.

Languages: English (Fluent)

Main skills:

With 12 to 16 years of experience in FEED, Design & detail engineering of EPCIC Projects of Fixed/Floating Offshore Oil & Gas production/processing facilities.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.E. – Civil ( M.E. Structural/Offshore Structural preferred) with 5+ years experience
