  1. Overall work experience of 5-8 years
  2. Designation – Senior Project Manager
  3. Experience on PL/SQL, Toad, Interface, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow, R12, Forms, Reports, Reports & Forms builder,Alerts, Form personalization’s, XML publisher, Seeded API’s
  4. Must have experience in Fusion HCM Modules: Core HR, Learn, Talent, Compensation, Absence, OTL, Recruitment and Payroll
  5. Should have experience in Fusion and HR products
  6. Excellent oral/written communication skills
  7. Must be a self starter and be able to lead other associates.
  8. Work under minimal supervision on enterprise wide projects requiring creative solutions.
  9. Quality conscious.
  10. Following Coding standards


Job Description

- At least 2-3 Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or Support exposure with module-leading hands on experience in any of the two modules

- Should have experience in implementing and supporting India or global customer

- Strong functional troubleshooting skills in Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR,Recruiting,Learn

- Should set up Business Group, Organizations, Departments, Divisions, Operating Units, etc.

- Should create Key Flex Fields, Descriptive Flex Fields, SIT and EIT for employees of the organization.

- Should configure Goal plan, Performance Templates, Rating Models.

- Should design payslip and develop various statements, and reports pertaining to Payroll processes.

- Should be able to write Fast Formula needed and work on Approval Management Engine.

- Worked on end to end implementation in Global HR, Recruiting, Learn, Talent management, Compensation and Benefit modules, creating value sets and using them in flex fields like Descriptive / Extensible.

- Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously

- Good to have adequate knowledge in writing SQL/PLSQL queries to develop the reports

- Understanding and experience of integrating Oracle HCM with other systems and vice versa

-Have a good hands- on experience on fast formulas

- Should have experience on Performance management, Succession plans & Talent pools, Career development, Talent management, Goals, Questionaries

- Configuring Job Requisition Management, Job Requisition Management, Configure Job Application Flows,Configure the Career Site, Configuring Candidate Selection Process Tasks,Job Offers,BIP Templates
