Description

Qualification                                     :               BE/BTech/MTech/MCA/MBA/CA

Required Skills: -

  • Overall work experience of 6-10 years
  • Designation – Process Manager/ Senior Process Manager
  • Must have experience in Financial Modules: AP, AR,GL, CM, FA,AGIS
  • Experience on PL/SQL, Toad, Interface, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow, R12, Forms, Reports, Reports & Forms Builder, Alerts, Form personalization’s, XML publisher, Seeded API’s
  • Must have experience on India Localization and Ebtax
  • Should have experience in Oracle EBS R12
  • Experience in OAF (Oracle Apps Framework) is a plus
  • At least 2 to 3 Implementation projects across all phases of implementation life cycle and minimum 1 project within Application Support
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Must be a self starter and be able to lead other associates.
  • Work under minimal supervision on enterprise wide projects requiring creative solutions.
  • Quality conscious.
  • Following Coding standards

Job Title : Oracle EBS Techno – Functional Consultant:

Job Description:

As Oracle financials Techno – Functional consultant, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following,

  • Provide end-to-end functional support for Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules: AR, AP, GL, FA, CE,AGIS and India Localization (including GST & TDS) and Ebtax.
  • Coordinate with Oracle Support for SRs, data fix requests, and participating in Oracle Web Conferences (OWC)
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and test new functionalities or enhancements
  • Support Month-End and Year-End Closure activities to ensure timely and accurate financial period closing
  • Handle configuration changes, setups, and minor customizations to meet business requirements
  • Interact with cross-functional teams including DBA, Technical, and Global Support teams to coordinate solutions
  • Provide user training and documentation as needed for new processes or system changes
  • Reproduce and analyze issues in test environments for root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Technical design and development in Oracle package - EBS using Oracle tools including SQL,PL/SQL, Oracle Reports & Forms Builder, Oracle 11G DB etc., to build RICE - Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow, Forms, Alerts, OAF etc.
  • Ability to conceptualize technical design options, identify the best option and complete the technical design specifications for the specific RICE objects based on specialization.
  • Familiarity with Oracle suggested standards and approach for delivering the EBS work product – RICE.
  • Experience on EBS architecture in specific business area of Financials as well as technical architecture.
  • Analysis and issue resolution capabilities.
  • Producing quality deliverables as per the software standards (CMMI Standards).
  • Ability to communicate clearly with business and team to understand and capture the requirements accurately; support during the testing and acceptance process etc.
  • Ability to lead discussions with business and team to clarify the functional specifications, build technical design requirements and explain the options clearly.
  • Should be able to lead a small team to build and deliver RICE objects as per agreed design specifications and time schedule.
  • Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
  • Ability to build network and maintain good relationship with peers, team members and project leadership - Ability to relate and deploy innovations on projects, as best possible.
  • Functional business process flow knowledge in select areas which he specializes.
  • Industry knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • OAF - Changes in existing standard OAF page/ creation of new OAF page.
  • Customization of existing standard reports -> Indexes, Materialized views, global temporary table
  • Forms Builder -> creation of new form/ customization of existing standard forms
  • Helping project team members on critical business requirements and incident/problem ticket resolution
  • Have good experience on Form Personalization 
  • Expertise in optimization of the queries (Performance tuning)
  • Well versed with Subledger accounting
  • Developing Interface/Conversion integrations
  • CRP & UAT execution support
