Senior Relationship Manager-CORPORATE BANKING-Sales

The Large Corporate business unit within Wholesale Banking offers customized financial services to companies with turnovers ranging from Rs 1500 crs to 2000 crs. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and enhancing our market presence.

• Manage a team of RMs to deliver on business targets. 

• Acquisition of NTB clients by closing deals sourced by RMs 

• Manage promoter relationships to ensure higher share of business in existing portfolio and keeping the team highly motivated to deliver superior results

• Revenue delivery for the team, across products & ensuring compliance to bank’s audits, statutory and regulatory requirements, 

• Develop Relationships and liaise with product and operations teams to provide customers experience of high standards.

To drive key bank initiatives collectively with peers and product teams

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in corporate banking, with a proven track record of sales success.
• Strong network and relationships within the Large Corporate segment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling, with a sound understanding of corporate finance.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the banking industry.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
