Senior Relationship Manager Corporate Business - Engineering & Surety

Description

  1. Broker Management
  • Execute the annual plan for the assigned geography through the assigned broker by way of acquiring new business or servicing existing business.
  • Collaborate with the broker to understand the need of the client and suggesting solution that is profitable as well as of the highest benefit to the brokers client.
  • Provide feedback to help customize reward plans or schemes that help drive business from a broker.
  • Coordinate and liaison for implementation of brokers meet or similar platforms to closely engage with brokers and keep them interested .
  1. Internal Operation Actively involved in the leg work right from receipt of RFQ to providing the best quote to the broker.
  • Ensure invoicing, inwarding, policy issuance, dispatch are done as per agreed timelines.
  • Co-ordinate for implementation of the rewards plan or scheme as well as ensure timely and correct brokerage payout.
  • Actively involved in the leg work for best representation of a deal to the underwriters for the best quote
  • Resolve service issues in the best possible manner in coordination with cross functional team/s.
