We are looking for a senior sales manager who is professional and specializes in buying and selling real estate properties. Their primary responsibility is to generate new business and maintain relationships with existing clients in order to meet or exceed sales targets. 
ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES 
	The senior sales executive is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability. 
	The senior sales executive is responsible for generating new business by prospecting for leads, networking with potential clients, and building relationships with existing clients. 
	The senior sales executive should be knowledgeable about the properties they are selling and be able to conduct property tours for prospective clients. They should be able to provide guidance on the buying and selling process and answer any questions clients may have.
	The senior sales executive should be a skilled negotiator and able to negotiate favorable sales agreements and contracts on behalf of their clients. They should have a deep understanding of the real estate market and be able to provide clients with advice and guidance on the sales process.
