Job Description: 

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 15+ years of experience to lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Finance solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and IT to deliver scalable SAP solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, and support projects.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Finance solutions.

• Configure and support General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Cost Controlling (CO).

• Manage integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.

• Drive S/4HANA Finance transformation or migration projects.

• Provide functional leadership to project teams and mentor junior consultants.

• Conduct workshops with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and provide process improvements.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes within SAP.

• Collaborate with technical teams for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

• Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and documentation.

• Support UAT, system integration testing, and go-live activities.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO modules.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.

• Deep knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.

• Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects.

• Strong experience in integration with MM, SD, and other modules.

• Knowledge of financial closing, tax configuration, and reporting.

• Experience working with global teams and large enterprise environments.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Central Finance, Group Reporting, or FSCM.

• Knowledge of local taxation and compliance requirements.

• SAP certification in SAP FICO or S/4HANA Finance.
