• Minimum 5 years SAP QM implementation experience, with full lifecycle exposure (SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA). Experience across various industries, especially Manufacturing, Chemicals, Life Sciences 

• Strong understanding of quality management processes 
• Proficiency in QM integration with MM, PP, SD, IBP, BW, etc..
• Familiar with data migration tools like LSMW, and able to support SAP Query development
• Basic ABAP debugging/report generation understanding
• Excellent analytical mindset, problem-solving capability, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to mentor junior consultants and manage multiple project deliverables

 

• Analyze and document client quality management requirements; facilitate workshops to gather and validate needs. 
• Design, configure, and customize the SAP QM module to meet business and regulatory requirements. 
• Integrate QM with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, SD) to enable seamless end-to-end processes. 
• Support full project lifecycle—from fit/gap analysis through to system testing, UAT, training, and go-live. 
• Troubleshoot production issues, debug ABAP in collaboration with developers, and resolve defects. 
• Create functional specifications, test cases, results documentation, and deliver user manuals/training sessions. 
• Provide ongoing support and improvement recommendations post-implementation.

Education:

• Diploma in Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• BE/BTech/MBA/MCA Full-Time Education
• SAP Certification
