Job Description - Software Developer (Senior and Associate)

Experience: 4-10 years

Location:Mumbai, Bangalore, Trivandrum (Hybrid)
Notice Period :0-15 days

Must-have Skills:

● Must have 4 to 10 years of hands-on full-stack development in production-grade projects in the expected technologies to build responsive, high-performance applications
● Expert-level proficiency in React JS, including hooks, context API, state
management and component lifecycle
● Strong JavaScript expertise including async/await, promises, closures, and
functional programming concepts
● Extensive experience with NodeJS and NestJS
● Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability
● Implement and manage API gateway solutions using Kong, including rate limiting, authentication, routing, and monitoring
● Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps
practices
● Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
● Must have good experience of working on Microservices architecture,
AWS-hosted applications and should have good developer level understanding
of SNS, SQS, EKS DynamoDB, Cognito, Apache Kafka.

● Must have knowledge of OAuth, JWT and similar authentication and authorization technologies
● Must know and should be flexible to use the chosen GenAI tool to expedite the SDLC lifecycle
● Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities by breaking down complex
business requirements into technical solutions
● Apply algorithmic thinking to optimize application performance, data processing, and system efficiency
● Develops microservices-based solutions that align with enterprise standards and best practices
● Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry
standards and Quantiphi's coding guidelines
● Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to architectural patterns
● Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to
challenging problems
● Must be excellent in communication, comprehension of problem statements and must exhibit exceptional attitude towards clients and team members
● Mentoring junior and mid-level developers through regular code reviews, pair
programming sessions, and knowledge-sharing workshops
● Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps specialists
● Participating actively in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups) and contributing to team process improvements
