Job Title: Salesforce Sr. Developer

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary –

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce development, a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, and the ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that drive our business objectives.

Years of experience needed – 5-8 years of experience on Salesforce CRM

Skills:

• Extensive experience with Aura, LWC, APEX, JavaScript, Lightning, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce CLI, VS Code and other core Salesforce platform development tools.
• Experience on Integrations (API & Data)
• Knowledge of tools used for build and deployment (CI/CD, Ant Script or any others)
• Functional Knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSC)
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Good to have - Banking/Finance Domain Experience

Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design and Architecture:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
• Architect complex data models, integrations, and customizations.

2. Custom Development:

• Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Aura & Lightning Web Components.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, and business processes within Salesforce.

3. Integration:

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

4. Performance Optimization:

• Monitor and optimize Salesforce performance, including query performance and data processing.
• Implement best practices for data storage and retrieval.

5. Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

6. Mentoring and Training:

• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and development techniques.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members on Salesforce functionalities.

7. Documentation:

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and process documentation.
• Document processes and procedures for future reference and compliance.

8. Stakeholder Communication:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Provide regular updates on project status, technical issues, and risk assessments.

10. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

• Propose and implement new features and enhancements to improve Salesforce functionality and user experience.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to recommend and implement relevant updates.

Certifications Needed:

• Salesforce Platform Developer
• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Consultant certifications
• Salesforce Architect certifications (good to have)
