Senior Specialist - Program & Project Management

We are seeking a skilled and proactive PMOScrum Master to join our dynamic team In this role you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously across various teams and stakeholders You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth project execution by applying Scrum methodologies and Project Management best practices The ideal candidate will be adept at handling project coordination issue tracking and communicating status updates to upper management Experience with tools such as Jira and PPM Pro is essential for this role

Key Responsibilities

Project Management Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring all timelines resources and deliverables are tracked efficiently

Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including customers to ensure clear communication timely updates and expectations are met

Issue Tracking Resolution Proactively identify document and track project issues and risks ensuring they are resolved or escalated in a timely manner

Reporting Provide clear and concise project status updates and progress reports to upper management highlighting key performance metrics risks and resolutions

Tool Expertise Use Jira and PPM Pro to manage project workflows track issues and generate reports The ability to use both tools is highly preferred

Continuous Improvement Work towards process improvements within the PMO by analysing project workflows and suggesting enhancements to ensure efficiency and alignment with business objectives

Crossfunctional Collaboration Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams to promote shared accountability and ensure deliverables meet customer expectations

Documentation Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans timelines other essential records

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloudbased software projects or software development lifecycles

Experience working in customerfacing roles or managing external stakeholders

Knowledge of other PMO tools or experience in implementing project management tools across teams
