We are seeking a talented individual to join our Quality Assurance team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Senior Specialist – Quality Assurance (Grade C2)

We’re seeking a Senior Specialist – Quality Assurance who is ready to work in diverse insurance work. The Quality Review Analyst conducts detailed quality assessments of insurance operations processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction. They document findings, assist with root cause analysis, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

We will count on you to:

  • Process, Team and Client Management:
  • Perform quality reviews of transactions across insurance operations functions (placement, proof of insurance, surplus lines, contract review and policy admin).- Apply standardized scoring rubrics to evaluate process compliance, data accuracy, and client outcomes.
  • Document findings with clear narratives, evidence, and recommended corrective actions.
  • Escalate high-risk issues to Supervisors and Program Manager; track remediation progress.
  • Analyze trends and contribute to root cause analyses and action plans.
  • Support calibration activities with peers to maintain consistent scoring.
  • Assist with training needs, knowledge base updates, and onboarding materials.
  • Maintain accurate QA records, reports, and dashboards; ensure data integrity and privacy.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Compliance to drive improvements and share best practices.
  • Metrics & Success Indicators
  • QA defect rates and severity distribution.
  • Timeliness of QA reviews and reporting.
  • Quality of remediation documentation and action follow-through.
  • Contribution to process improvement initiatives.
  • Client impact considerations in QA findings.

What you need to have:     

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute.
  • 4+ years of experience.
  • 1–3 years of QA or process-review experience in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to interpret policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with QA tools, data visualization, or case management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts: 6.30pm – 3.30am shift
