Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total experience of 8+ years in
• Experience in Technical Program Management or related roles
• Strong understanding of RAG workflows (capable level) and Machine Learning fundamentals
• Experience working with AI/ML product lifecycles, including LLM applications and pipeline workflows
• Proven ability to drive end-to-end program execution across cross-functional teams (ML, backend, infra, product)
• Strong experience in roadmap planning, milestone definition, dependency tracking, and risk management
• Hands-on exposure to AI/ML platform teams or products
• Experience managing Scrum of Scrums, OKRs, sprint planning, and delivery tracking
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills without authority
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
• Ability to operate in complex, high-scale, and ambiguous environments with strong ownership mindset

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own and drive end-to-end execution of AI platform programs
• Lead program planning and execution across ML, engineering, infrastructure, and product teams
• Define and manage quarterly roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and risk plans
• Run execution cadence including stand-ups, sprint reviews, OKRs, and Scrum of Scrums
• Partner with engineering leaders to unblock issues and accelerate delivery
• Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment across business units
• Track program progress and provide regular status updates and insights to leadership
• Identify risks proactively and drive mitigation and de-risking strategies
• Improve program governance, execution frameworks, and operational efficiency
• Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and delivery excellence

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
