Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site service support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Access Control and CCTV systems.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and ensure system uptime as per SLA commitments.

• Diagnose hardware, software, and network-related issues in Genetec, CCTV, and Access Control systems.

• Coordinate with OEM support and internal technical teams for escalation and resolution of complex issues.

• Maintain proper service documentation, including checklists, maintenance reports, and system health reports.

• Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures during service and maintenance activities.

• Support system upgrades, firmware updates, and configuration changes as required.

• Build and maintain good working relationships with customers and ensure timely communication of service updates.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Genetec Security Center software and IP-based CCTV systems.

• Sound understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, switches, and servers).

• Ability to interpret system schematics, wiring diagrams, and device configuration details.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and coordination skills with customers and internal teams.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team environment.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: Diploma / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Access Control and CCTV Systems.

• Certification: Must be Genetec Certified (mandatory).

• Willingness to travel to various customer sites as per service requirements.
