Position Overview

The Sales Enablement Specialist provides critical support to the sales team by ensuring effective utilization of sales tools, processes, and technologies. This role is responsible for generating, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to enhance visibility into key sales activities and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and empower sales teams to achieve their targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support & Enablement

    • Provide day‑to‑day support and guidance to sales staff on the optimal use of sales tools, CRM systems, and related technologies.
    • Troubleshoot sales tool issues and partner with technical teams to resolve system challenges.
    • Train new and existing sales team members on processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Process Optimization

    • Evaluate existing sales processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Ensure compliance with established sales processes, documentation standards, and operational guidelines.
  • Data & Reporting

    • Generate accurate sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for leadership review.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Provide actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making and enhance sales productivity.
  • Collaboration & Communication

    • Act as a liaison between sales, operations, marketing, and IT to ensure alignment on tools, processes, and initiatives.
    • Support the rollout of new sales tools or enhancements, ensuring smooth adoption and change management.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    • University degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, business analysis, or a related function.
  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM platforms, and sales automation tools.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
    • Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder‑management skills.
    • Proficiency in reporting and dashboard tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Salesforce dashboards).
    • Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
