Service Technician

Job Title: Multi-Skilled Residential Service Technician

​We are looking for a reliable and versatile Service Technician to join our residential maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be a "jack-of-all-trades" capable of handling various home repairs and appliance servicing with high quality and efficiency.

​Key Responsibilities

​Appliance Repair: Diagnose, service, and repair household appliances including Air Conditioners (split/window), Refrigerators, and Washing Machines.

​Electrical Work: Perform basic residential electrical tasks such as fixing switchboards, wiring issues, lighting installations, and MCB troubleshooting.

​Plumbing Services: Handle general plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, tap installations, flush tank repairs, and clearing minor blockages.

​Pest Control (Optional): Basic knowledge of or willingness to perform residential pest control treatments is a significant plus.

​Customer Service: Interact professionally with residents, explain issues clearly, and maintain a clean workspace.

​Requirements & Qualifications

​Experience: Proven experience as a technician (minimum 2–3 years preferred).

​Multi-Skilled: Must be proficient in at least 2–3 of the areas mentioned above (e.g., AC Repair + Electrical + Plumbing).

​Problem-Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot technical faults quickly.

​Certifications: Technical diplomas or vocational certifications (ITI or equivalent) are highly preferred.

​Tools: Must be familiar with using modern diagnostic and repair tools safely.
