Shift In Charge - Fuel Farm

Responsibilities

Operational Excellence 

  • To ensure all the periodic quality control checks are performed periodically on all the static and mobile equipment’s and documented. Monitor the receipt storage and handling of JET-A1.
  • Allocate and supervise various jobs and roles to Operations officers, Timely allocation of flights to operations officer and ensure delay free on time operations.
  • Impart and disseminate the information about circulars and amendments to down the line Operational Officers. Ensure availability of all the documents and records at shift office and replenish time to time.

Stake holder Management 

  • Liaison with fuel farm in charge, into-plane service agencies, airlines and airport authorities, Supporting & coordination in audits with internal and external agencies. 
  • Always ensure availability of sufficient Jet-A1 at location and timely intimate LIC and OMCs for any shortfalls. Daily stock accounting and monitoring, Ensure and document are updated time to time

Qualifications

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate Engineer (preferably)/Diploma Holder preferably in Mech. Engg. or Elec. Engg./AME 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 

  • Minimum experience in the Aviation Fueling Operations should be 5 years out of which at least 3 years should be in the field of Aviation Fuel handling preferably in Jet Fuel Facility (Fuel Farm & ITP operations).
