KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY :
Knowledge and Qualification
- Representing the project as a FF/Logistic expert
- An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills, strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
- Experience of leading teams with high visibility and performance driven
- People Management, Conflict management and Influencing Skills
- Working closely with Customer, multiple stakeholders to set up and establish an ocean Logistics / Freight forwarder team.
- Should be able to proactively drive internal initiatives with high sense of urgency.
Knowledge and Qualification
- Graduation in any field
- Preferred Degree in Commerce, International trade, Logistics
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Experience in back office setups will be added advantage
