 Defining qualitative and quantitative annual targets.  Deriving, preparing and implementing suitable measures for achieving the targets.  Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the body shop.  Follow-up of Credit customers for outstanding payments beyond stipulated credit period.  Implements aggressive marketing plan to increase body shop business.  Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes repeat repairs.  Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines.  Ensures accurate final billing for completed repair orders.  Maintain daily MIS and interacts with reporting authority on Daily basis.  Ensures that proper safety equipment is available and being used properly.  Facilitates and/or conducts technical training and sends employees toappropriate training as needed.  Monitors the operations and maintenance of paint booths and other equipment’s, and other large fixed assets to ensure long-term usage andvalue.  Maintains professional appearance  Monitor TAT of all the processes till completion of cars.  Maintain revenue per car at profitable level.  Ensure optimum use of body shop consumables.  To maintain record related to per car labour, per car parts &per panel cost.
