Non-Resident (NR) Customer Acquisition Relationship Manager

SKY – RM NR Acquisition-Sky Channel-VRM - NR

• Build and nurture personal relationship with affluent NR customers by identify opportunities and matching these opportunities to products/ solutions provided by Kotak Group
• Work closely with other businesses to provide NRI customers with seamless access to NR products
• Navigate through adaptive and technical challenges to seamlessly align service delivery and enhance client experience  
• Track customer complaints/queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and provide information about product and service enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to all bank and regulatory processes at all times

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• In depth NR product & process knowledge
• Strong numerical-analytical skills and communication skills
• Experience in building and maintaining affluent customer relationships
• Open to work as per Global time zone
