Terms & Conditions

1. Selected candidates will be appointed as Trainee Programmers for a period of three months with a stipend of Rs 5000 per month as the organization has to invest on infrastructure and training.

2. After successful completion of three months training, they will be appointed as Software Developers in the regular payroll of CodeArray Technologies with CTC of 2.4 Lacs.

3. Sign Service Agreement with CodeArray for a period of two years with a penalty of Rs 2 Lacs for failing to fulfill the service agreement.
