Software Quality Engineer

• Collaborate with product managers, developer, stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases and scripts for ATM systems, covering functional, integration, regression, performance and security aspects.
• Execute the manual and automated testing.
• Prepare test environment setup for assigned scope with minimal guidance.
• Conduct regression and retesting for resolved defects.
• Identify, log and prioritize defects using JIRA.
• Understand and follow best practices, defined processes and tools.
• Ensures timely delivery and quality of the deliverables for the assigned work.
• Collaborate with development teams to analyze and resolve issues effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field OR a Master’s degree in related field.

Work Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in the QA/Software Testing domain
• Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably with ATM systems or banking applications.
• Experience of working in Agile environment.
• Proficiency in testing methodologies.
• Hands on experience with testing tools like JIRA/XRAY.
• Certifications in ISTQB are a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
