Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.
- Support the development of project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong understanding of production planning processes and methodologies.
- Experience with integration of SAP PP with other SAP modules.
- Ability to analyze and optimize production workflows.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in discrete manufacturing.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
