Marsh McLennan India pvt ltd is seeking candidates for our Mumbai, Hiranandani Office.

Produce quality and on-brand collaterals for digital (mainly presentations) and print. Creating visually compelling, brand consistent slides, incorporating feedback, and hitting deadlines. This role requires an understanding of design principles, excellent technical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and production: Manage the presentation design process from start to finish. Revise presentations according to feedback and improve upon them iteratively.
  
• Content and layout: Organize content, create clear structures, and design layouts.
  
• Brand consistency: Ensure all collaterals adhere to company branding guidelines,
  maintaining a consistent visual style, and incorporating brand voice and messaging.
  
• Walk the fine balance between ideation, multiple projects, and timely delivery, while maintaining corporate brand standards.
  
• Possess excellent attention to detail and create accurate outputs.
  
• Excellent team player – be able to build collaborative working relationships with colleagues across the globe.
  
• Creating processes or templates that empower LCPA colleagues to quickly create or modify slides according to acceptable brand guidelines and with the use of approved and up-to-date assets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A graduate degree or certification in Applied Arts / Graphic Design
• Eye for clean, artful, and professional designs. Attention to detail is critical.
• 2 - 3 years’ hands-on-experience in a graphic design (preferably within a corporate environment)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud/Creative Suite especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and MS Office You will mainly use Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Foundational knowledge of fundamentals of graphic design (i.e. typography, colour theory, hierarchy, contrast, and grid / alignments)
• Communication Skills - You will collaborate with colleagues who are globally placed so the ability to communicate effectively across levels both verbally and in writing is key.
• Exceptional time management skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
