We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations (Quality Assurance) team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Specialist – Insurance Operations (Grade – C1)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Global controls and Internal Audits Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting audits and implementing quality assurance processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across most locations in Marsh.

We will count on you to:

Internal Audits:

• Plan, execute, and report on internal audits across various departments.

• Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions

Quality Assurance:

• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement

Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare detailed audit reports and quality assurance documentation, summarizing findings and recommendations

• Maintain accurate records of audit activities and quality assurance processes

What you need to have: 

• Graduate with 3 + years of experience in the Quality and Training role

• Should be comfortable with 12pm – 9pm or 1pm – 10pm shift timing

• Excellent customer service and communication skills to coordinate with different departments for QA and audits

• Strong interpersonal skills and consultative skills; exceptional written communication skills. 

• Strong experience with Microsoft software (Word, Excel- (Vlookup, Macros, Pivot tables, etc.)   

• Work well under pressure

• Evidenced by trainings you have conducted or any internal initiatives you have led for the team

• Logical Reasoning and prioritization skills

• High on Integrity

• Ability to confidently interact with (and sometime challenge) the operations and the senior leaders

What makes you stand out?

• Qualification or certification in insurance ACII or FIII or CPCU (or other equivalent qualifications in other geographies) would be a clear added advantage.
