Sr. Manager Credit - Microfinance Business - Mumbai - Lodha (I-Think Techno Campus) - MM

1.Map risks in MFB business and triggers in system to study this trend 
2.Ensure adherence to Policy Processes based on study of data triggers  
3.Ensure training and supervision of CMU team 
4.Publishing of reports and MIS for CMU operation  
5.End to End Corrective action for violations flagged of from CMU including case inputs for Disciplinary committee and to product team .
6.Regular training and briefs to sales leadership from the trends in CMU 
7.Experience min 5 years in MFI business in risk /audit department 
8.Candidate must possess working knowledge of data handling and should have worked in risk analytics
