Sr. Manager - Technical Services

Job Purpose:

To support Head – Technical Services in the following areas:

  • NADC infrastructure development
  • Technical support to customers
  • Grade establishment in coordination with Marketing
  • Customer complaint resolution
  • Additive performance evaluation
  • New business/applications
  • Technical surveys and benchmarking exercises

 

 

 

  1. NADC Infrastructure Development
    • Interact with vendors and stakeholders.
    • Provide inputs for setting up NADC.
    • Oversee machine and equipment installations.
    • Set up test procedures and run test programs for customer, plant, and business support.
    • Prepare testing manuals.
    • Support ISO certification and NABL accreditation
  2. Customer Technical Service
    • Provide technical support and resolve complaints through trials, in-house projects, and application development.
    • Conduct grade trials and approvals.
  3. Manufacturing Support
    • Evaluate raw materials, additives, and finished products.
    • Support grade improvement and new grade development
  4. Business Support
    • Prepare benchmarking reports.
    • Develop new applications and secure product certifications and regulatory approvals.
    • Create marketing technical literature (product data sheets, MSDS, brochures)
    • Participate in marketing events and trade shows.
  5. Manpower Training
    • Train technical officers for trials and complaint resolution
    • Conduct technical training sessions.
  6. BIS / ISO Participation
    • Engage in standardization and certification processes.

 

 

 

Engineer / MBA (specialization in Polymer/Plastic preferred)
