1. Physical stock taking: He participates inventory count/ stock taking daily, providing weekly, monthly, quarterly MIS to the management 2. Manage inventory of raw material and other supplier used for company 3. Replenish material to production 4. Picking / Kitting He is responsible to prepare and move material from warehouse to production line or workstations machine loading places by picking & kitting rule 5. To prepare GRNS of incoming materials, invoices and other documents related to dispatches of outgoing goods 6. Ensure that operations have always an adequate flow of the material they need 7. Manage supplies and materials according to specification 8. Coordinate and supervise receiving and warehousing procedures 9. Control inventory levels and ensure availability of material during emergencies 10. Forecasting to plan future orders
