The Strategy Team-HO & SUPPORT-Divisional Head will play a pivotal role in shaping the bank's future. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities. This position requires a strong leader who can inspire and guide a team of strategists and support staff, ensuring the bank stays ahead of the competition.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute strategic projects across products, channels, and distribution initiatives to drive network efficiency and business growth.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, distribution gaps, customer behavior patterns, and operational improvement opportunities.
• To help in executing segmental level strategy in co-ordination with Branch, BIU, Marketing in identified Micro-Markets to improve penetration
• Understanding & background in Business Banking/ Current Account/ SME businesses/ Merchant solutions 
• Conduct deep‑dive assessments on branch performance, product penetration, sales productivity, and competitor benchmarking.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Sales, Digital, Analytics, Operations) to drive structured problem solving and project outcomes.
• Continuously monitor distribution performance metrics, highlight risk areas, and recommend strategic interventions.
• Bring a curious, detail‑oriented mindset to proactively identify new ideas, insights, and opportunities for enhancing the distribution ecosystem.
