Experience: 12–14 years
CTC Range: ₹20 – ₹26 LPA

L&T Realty is looking for a seasoned Structural Design Engineer with 12–14 years of experience in structural analysis and design for large-scale real estate projects. The role involves designing, reviewing, and validating structural systems for high-rise residential towers, commercial buildings, and mixed-use developments. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring safety, stability, durability, and compliance with IS codes, NBC, and international standards.

Key responsibilities include preparation, validation, and review of structural drawings; conducting design feasibility studies; coordinating with architects, MEP consultants, and contractors; reviewing peer consultant designs; resolving site-related structural queries; and providing value engineering inputs to optimize cost and timelines without compromising quality. Hands-on expertise in design tools like ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, and AutoCAD is a must.

The candidate should have a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a Master’s in Structural Engineering preferred. Strong technical acumen, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional coordination are essential. Candidates with exposure to large-scale urban real estate and infrastructure projects will be given preference.
