Responsible for converting new/ qualified leads into successful admissions, and achieving the assigned sales target. Arrange Seminars in schools, open seminars in town, Residential Apartments Townships and corporate centers. Guide the development and implementation of a school counseling program that focuses on and promotes students’ recruitment and success. Generate databases from Schools and other sources. Meet with Principals, Coordinators and management Personnel of schools and local tuition teachers for Business generation. Take regular training sessions on Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s). Update student information in the system for lead management and follow ups.
