About you and this role

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain operations. You support day‑to‑day activities related to material flow, order processing, and inventory accuracy. You act as a key connection point between planning, logistics, customer service, site teams, and external partners to maintain operational continuity and high customer satisfaction.

You are detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. You bring strong coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to accurate and timely execution of supply chain tasks

Responsibilities

  • Order Coordination: Monitor and manage inbound and outbound orders, ensuring timely processing, delivery, and issue resolution.
  • Inventory Management :Track inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and support inventory checks to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Data Accuracy in SAP: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in SAP, including material movements, confirmations, and documentation.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with internal teams such as planning/scheduling, logistics, site logistics, and customer service, as well as external partners including 3PLs, to resolve operational issues and manage priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics operations, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, reporting tools, VIP, and SAP ECC.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Excellent time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Your Skills

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in operational tasks.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across regions and functions.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow through on tasks.

Additional notes

  • This role serves as a key link between outplants, inbound operations, and downstream logistics, contributing directly to overall supply chain performance.
