Requirements

Key Responsibilities

● Procurement & Vendor Management

○ Coordinate with Procurement , Warehouse , Suppliers for schedule pick up & align logistic partner accordingly

○ Monitor Timely Pick up & Closure .

○ Maintain strong vendor relationships and manage supplier performance.

● Logistics & Distribution

○ Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and transportation.

○ Optimize delivery schedules to meet customer expectations at minimal cost.

○ MIS Follow up with Transporter & ensure closure of all transit shipments which are beyond TAT.

○ Follow up with Transporter to issue Credit note against transit damages

● Process Optimization

○ Streamline supply chain workflows to reduce costs and lead times.

● Compliance & Risk Management

○ Ensure compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

○ Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.

● Team Collaboration & Reporting

○ Work cross-functionally with sales, and finance teams.

○ Submission of Marine Insurance file monthly basis to insurer

○ Timely submission of the freight invoices to the finance as per Agreement

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree preferable in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related

● 2 years of experience
