Systems Analyst 1-IT
- Strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, Nutanix AHV and/or Oracle OLVM / Linux KVM.
- Solid understanding of server hardware, virtualization concepts and enterprise infrastructure operations.
- Experience in troubleshooting performance, availability and stability issues in virtualized environments.
- Working knowledge of networking (VLANs, NIC teaming) and storage concepts (SAN/NAS/Gluster).
- Familiarity with automation and scripting tools (PowerShell, PowerCLI, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience working in ITIL-based environments, including incident, change and problem management.
- Strong documentation, communication and collaboration skills.
