What would you do? Responsible for coordinating new hire onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition by managing documentation, scheduling orientations, and facilitating communication between departments. The Senior Onboarding Associate is responsible for leading and optimizing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from offer acceptance to full integration into the organization. Key Roles and Responsibilities •Read, understand and analyze client processes as per the business rules. •Process/Audit employee tickets and service requests related to onboarding administration via HR systems and ticketing platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) •Ensure timely collection, verification, and processing of employee documentation. •Maintain accurate onboarding records and update internal systems •Address queries related to onboarding and escalate issues when necessary. •Define and continuously improve onboarding frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals. •Provide expert guidance and support to onboarding teams, ensuring consistency and compliance across all onboarding activities. •Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems. •Participate in client conference calls and prepare minutes of meeting . •Ensure LWl s are followed and updated regularly and train the team members on process updates. •Help/Perform "Root Cause Analysis" on issues faces and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation & future control •Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improve accuracy or enhance controls •Update process metrics on daily basis & maintain MIS •Must have clear understanding of the existing matrices in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent •Update process metrics on daily basis and maintain MIS. •Always demonstrate the highest level of customer service. •Pay close attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues. •Goes beyond immediate requests and activities to ensure both own and related tasks are completed. •Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data. •Update client applications accurately and quickly in accordance with the appropriate User Guides. •Must have clear understanding of the existing performance metrics in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective & transparent
