What would you do? Responsible for coordinating new hire onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition by managing documentation, scheduling orientations, and facilitating communication between departments. The Senior Onboarding Associate is responsible for leading and optimizing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from offer acceptance to full integration into the organization Key Roles and Responsibilities • Read, understand and analyze client processes as per the business rules. • Process/Audit employee tickets and service requests related to onboarding administration via HR systems and ticketing platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) • Ensure timely collection, verification, & processing of employee documentation. • Maintain accurate onboarding records & update internal systems accordingly. • Participate in Team building activities • Maintain accurate onboarding records and update internal systems accordingly. • Address queries related to onboarding and escalate issues when necessary. • Define and continuously improve onboarding frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals. • Provide expert guidance and support to onboarding teams, ensuring consistency and compliance across all onboarding activities. • Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems. • Participate in client conference calls and prepare minutes of meeting . • Ensure LWVs are followed and updated regularly and train the team members on process updates • Help/Perform "Root Cause Analysis" on issues faces and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future control • Update process metrics on daily basis and maintain MIS • Must have clear understanding of the existing matrices in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective & transparent • Always demonstrate the highest level of customer service. • Pay close attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues. • Goes beyond immediate requests and activities to ensure both own & related tasks are completed. • Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data. • Update client applications accurately & quickly in accordance with the appropriate User Guides. • Must have clear understanding of the existing performance metrics in the process, how they are measured & improvise the measurement system to make it more effective & transparent • Follow LWls while processing & highlight any anomalies in LWls/process documentation to the SME/Leads
