Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise product checking, grading, and packaging
• Ensure timely processing of returned and exchanged items
• Maintain accuracy in stock records and system entries
• Share daily reports and operational updates with the manager
• Train new joiners and enforce safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or store operations
• Basic knowledge of computers and inventory systems
• Ability to generate and share daily reports
• Strong team leadership and safety enforcement
