Team Leader Domestic Sales Operations

- Lead and manage domestic sales operations teams to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency. - Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to streamline sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction. - Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. - Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the sales department. - Oversee daily sales activities and resolve operational challenges to meet business objectives. - Drive growth in domestic sales through leadership and operational excellence. - Responsible for reporting and analysis of sales data to support decision-making. - Facilitate training and development initiatives for team members to boost productivity. - Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to support sales goals. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in sales operations.
