-Credit Monitoring Team-Chief Manager

• Monitoring activities of team members which includes 
• Checking of cases approved in i-stock with stock statement.
• Reconciliation of cases received Vs cases upload.
• Monitoring of TAT of cases approved from the day stock statement received.
• Sending of weekly MIS (through running macros)to business team/Service RM for further followup.
• DP calculation of NTB/Enhancement/renewal cases and calculation basis latest stock statement on adhoc requests.
• Being a backup for other team member in case of leave.
• Ensuring that DP formula being updated in system is as per latest SL.
• Addressing & closing of audit queries  on time.
• End to end monitoring of Dophin and I-stock.

• Preparation of PAN/India DP reduction/Increase activity.
• Double checking of input entries with stock statement figures in cases of DP short cases.
• Being a backup for other team member for updating of PAN India MIS in case team member is on leave and circulation of mis to business team.
• Trend analysis basis stock statement.
