Team Member - Compliance-SUPPORT SERVICES-Compliance

                  Team Member–Compliance (Data Analytics)) 

Major responsibilities includes –

 

• Develop & maintain dashboards and reports to monitor compliance metrics 
• Analyze large volumes of transactional and operational data to identify potential regulatory breaches or anomalies
• Automate recurring compliance reports for regulators and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timelines
• Automate data collection & reporting processes to improve efficiency
• Data extraction from data warehouse and other IT systems and their submission to RBI under Risk Based Supervision.
• Review of Critical returns and developing validation protocols.
• Developing off-site reports ( to be extracted from IT systems) for compliance  testing
  

The candidate should possess the following attributes 

 

• Bachelor or master degree in data Science, Statistics with minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics or machine learning
• Experience in data extraction techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools
• Domain knowledge in banking system - different business segments and functions 
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks 

• Should possess good communication / interpersonal / problem solving skills and has to be a quick learner.
