Team Member - Compliance-SUPPORT SERVICES-Compliance

As a Team Member in the Compliance department, you will be an integral part of our Support Services team. Your primary focus will be to assist in implementing and maintaining effective compliance programs and procedures. You will work closely with various teams and departments to ensure the bank's operations adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and regulated financial environment.

• Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits to identify potential risks.
• Monitor and analyze regulatory changes and their impact on the bank's operations.
• Provide compliance support and guidance to business units and employees.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of compliance-related activities.
• Collaborate with legal and risk management teams on compliance matters.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct training sessions to educate staff on compliance best practices.
• Research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compliance.
• Support the Compliance Manager in project management and special assignments.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role, preferably in the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulations, including AML/CFT.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant compliance software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• A self-starter with a proactive approach to compliance management.
