Credit and Risk Analyst - Corporate Banking

Team Member Credit & Risk-CORPORATE BANKING-Credit

• Strong hold on Industry, financial & credit principles

• Good verbal, written communication & presentation skills

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills

• Preparation of Credit Appraisal notes for Structured Finance transactions 

• Responsible for Credit underwriting, analysis/due diligence for deals, preparation of cash flow model and analysis

• Performing industry & market research along with competitive analysis for assessment.

• Conducting unit/factory visits and submit inspection reports. 

• Discuss with business on Terms and Conditions for risk assessments 

• Submitting Monthly Monitoring Reports to the Top Management

• Identification of Early Signs of Stress and devising account strategy

• Recommending and implementing corrective actions w.r.t. non-compliances of T&Cs

• CA/MBA

• Experience required for the Job: 3-6 years of Credit Underwriting experience in Corporate/Mid Markets/ Structured Credit division of a Bank/ NBFC / AIF / ARC
