Team Member - Customer Service - Post Sales-PERSONAL LOANS-Customer Service

As a Team Member in the Customer Service - Post Sales department, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, focusing on Personal Loans. Your primary role is to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and efficient post-sales journey for our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing timely solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding personal loans, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions.
  • Provide detailed information about loan products, terms, and conditions to customers.
  • Assist customers in understanding their loan statements and transaction history.
  • Process loan repayments, including handling over-the-counter payments and online transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data privacy and security.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales support.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any potential issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest product offerings and promotional campaigns to effectively promote them to customers.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive customer issues to the team lead or manager for further assistance.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, for data management and reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of banking operations and personal loan products is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
