KMPL provides Loans Against Property against both commercial and residential real estate, ensuring ready finance for business or personal needs. In the automobile space, KMPL finances new, pre-owned passenger cars and two wheelers for retail consumers as well as provides wholesale financing to automobile dealerships. KMPL' s retail distribution network comprises of 154 branches across 24 states in India that is further supported by a wide network of direct marketing associates and agencies across the country.

Job Summary: 

Looking for a talented individual to manage our Social Media presence, handle Digital Campaigns, and oversee Internal Communications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy and work with the agencies to create engaging content for Instagram & Facebook. 
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content and improve engagement. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. 
• Promote new offers through emailers, WhatsApp, SMS, Push Notifications, RCS, etc.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing. 
• Proven track record of managing successful social media and digital marketing campaigns. 
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
