Key Responsibilities:

• Shape Digital Experience for investors of Axis Mutual Fund as a combination of own enterprise, customer feedback and requests from stakeholders
• Take complete ownership of Digital Product features from the initial requirement discussion to design, testing and post live monitoring of the said feature
• Responsible for driving innovations on digital platforms and ecosystem in entirety. This includes functional capabilities via new integrations, taking control of data to drive optimization and focus on UX to push a omnichannel experience.
• Work horizontally across Digital assets and take proactive inputs from Investment Product team, Marketing, RTA Operations, Sales and Vendors
• Manage vendors, alliances and other activities requisite for smooth interaction between Axis MF and vendors
• Drive and monitor KPIs of vendors on performance and effective business opportunities.
• Create BRDs / PRDs, discussing and documentation by assisting senior product managers / owners with ownership of UI/UX of ideas and features.
• Actively involved with business team on exploring and identifying avenues of business backed by strong quantitative evidence.
• Manage a team which does the below along with contributing to the same-

1. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
2. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
3. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
4. Build page navigation buttons and search fields
5. Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
6. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
7. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
8. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
9. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
10. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images
