As a Team Member in Group Risk Management, you will be a key part of the SUPPORT SERVICES team, working closely with various departments to identify, assess, and mitigate risks. Your role will involve analyzing complex data, providing risk insights, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. • Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential risks.
• Analyze financial data and identify trends to support risk management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, keeping up to date with industry changes.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their risk profiles and provide guidance.
• Develop and maintain risk management frameworks and processes.
• Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management.
• Stay informed about emerging risks and industry best practices.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulators as required.
• Support the implementation of risk management systems and tools.

• A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in risk management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
• Proficiency in risk analysis tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking industry.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and standards.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
