As a Team Member in Group Risk Management, you will be a key contributor to our risk assessment and mitigation processes. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to identify, analyze, and address potential risks across the organization. • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies, ensuring alignment with the bank's objectives.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and industry practices to stay ahead of emerging risks.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their specific risk profiles and provide tailored risk management solutions.
• Prepare and present risk reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to risk management.
• Maintain and update risk registers, documenting and tracking risks across the organization.
• Conduct regular risk reviews and audits to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary actions.
• Provide support and guidance to other teams on risk-related matters, fostering a culture of risk awareness.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in risk management.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and tools, including risk modeling and scenario analysis.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the banking sector.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing risks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to evolving risk management practices.
