Department Chief of Staff to CRO Location Mumbai Role Requirements  Planning & Execution  Support the CRO in monitoring the Risk Appetite Framework.  Coordinate preparation for board and regulatory presentations related to risk.  Drive initiatives across the risk organization (credit, market, operational, liquidity, ESG risk, etc.).  Risk Governance & Reporting  Coordinate risk committee agendas, minutes, and follow-ups (e.g., RMC, ALCO, Audit Committee).  Operational Efficiency  Streamline internal workflows and governance processes within the risk function.  Track and report progress against risk function goals and deliverables.  Stakeholder Management  Foster collaboration across Risk, Finance, IT, and business lines to deliver on risk priorities.  Ensure timely communication and alignment between the CRO and key partners.  Executive Support  Manage the CRO’s agenda and ensure alignment of priorities across teams.  Prepare briefing materials, reports, and strategic communication for internal and external stakeholders. Pre-Requisites  Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or related field  Experience: 5+ years in banking, risk management, strategy, or consulting; prior Chief of Staff, or program management experience preferred.  Skills:  Strong knowledge of banking risks (credit, market, operational, compliance).  Excellent communication and executive presence.  Strategic thinker with project management capabilities.  High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism.  Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms.  Key Competencies:  Analytical & Problem-solving skills  Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability  Attention to detail and commitment to excellence  Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
