Team Member-SUPPORT SERVICES-Treasury Operations

As a Team Member in Treasury Operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our Treasury Mid-Office functions. Your responsibilities will include supporting the team in various administrative tasks, data management, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations. This role is perfect for an organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist in daily Treasury Mid-Office operations, including data entry, report generation, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
  • Support the team in reconciling accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and update internal databases and systems, keeping records organized and accessible.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to gather and provide necessary information.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining effective internal controls and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on Treasury Mid-Office activities, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and databases is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing industry regulations and practices.
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
